You don't have to destroy yourself trying to make other people unerdstand you. You don't have to hurt yourself trying to prove a point. You don't have to make the path to success painful just so the success has meaning. You don't have to suffer eternally. You aren't weak for wanting to get better, but even if you don't, whatever you're doing right now you are going so strong. You don't have to do anything specific, just stay alive for a little longer, and then stay alive again, and live another day.
